Fazenda Bananal - Paraty, RJ

The Programa Cultivar aims to address fundamental interests and needs, encompassing three crucial spheres for its sustainability: the social, economic, and environmental dimensions. The Fazenda Bananal has been reborn for a new cycle: that of Preservation and Education for a sustainable future.

The Programa Cultivar aims to address fundamental interests and needs, encompassing three crucial spheres for its sustainability: the social, economic, and environmental dimensions. Its proposal seeks to facilitate the conscious and abundant use of natural resources provided by the palm tree, promoting not only the consumption of its food but also generating economic and social benefits for the development of local traditional communities. This integrated approach aims not only to meet immediate needs but also to ensure a balanced and sustainable relationship between human activities and the ecosystem.

The Fazenda Bananal , which hosts the Programa Cultivar, is a property that blends history, ecology, and gastronomy. We lived the experience and immersion in nature, getting to know the fauna, flora, and natural and sustainable resources, providing a context for the maintenance and existence of a healthy ecosystem. We walked through the incredible 180 hectares of this property, delving into the richness of the preserved Atlantic Forest, capturing every detail. The meticulous restoration, based on historical and architectural research, comes to life through the lens, transporting the viewer to the 17th century.

"Activities in Harmony with the Environment."

"Education is the transformative tool in building a better future."

The Farm is not just a setting; it is a visual narrative of environmental education. We captured moments when the farm becomes a classroom, engaging with professionals who are experts in their fields, encouraging intuitive learning and ecological awareness. The visual beauty of this approach is evident in every frame.

"Quality Food Straight from the Field."

In the restaurant, we documented agroecological cuisine and its significance, highlighting the connection with nature and local culture. Fresh products being harvested daily provide a unique sensory experience. Each dish is more than a meal; it is a tribute to quality and sustainability.

"Quality Products Straight from the Field to the Restaurant Table."

The farm's garden reveals 5000m² of pure greenery. No pesticides, no chemical fertilizers—only agroecological techniques captured in sharp images. Daily production comes to life, showcasing the diversity of fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

"Food in Harmony with Nature."

The agroforests span 11 hectares with a spectacular variety of species. Over 10,000 planted seedlings were documented, offering a unique view of the harmonious coexistence between food production and biodiversity. The forest restoration areas also take center stage, revealing the transformation of degraded pastures into vibrant landscapes.

This visual journey through the Fazenda Bananal is more than a portfolio—it is an invitation to explore the intersection of history, ecology, and sustainable cuisine. Each frame captures the farm's commitment to preservation, education, and a quality of life experience. Come, visually immerse yourself in this adventure!
